Es gibt nach einigen Wochen mal wieder ein großes Changelog bei Lineage, bei dem Android-Betriebssystem hat sich einiges getan. Auch was die Unterstützung der Geräte angeht, das „Build roster“ für Version 15.1 hat sich in erster Linie positiv verändert. Mit dabei sind jetzt (wieder) das Nexus 4, das Motorola Moto Z, das Mi 6, Mi Mix 2, Mi Note 2 und Redmi Note 4 von Xiaomi, wie auch der aktuelle Shield TV von Nvidia und das Galaxy S9 von Samsung.
Changelog 18 wurde auch veröffentlicht, darin finden wir einige Verbesserungen. Neu ist zum Beispiel die Funktion, dass man WLAN und mobile Daten nun auf App-Basis limitieren kann. Für die Telefon-App wird ermöglicht, während eines Telefonats alle eingehenden Benachrichtigungen stumm zu schalten, der Lese-Modus passt das Display für das angenehme Lesen von Dokumenten an und der Launcher bekommt auch Updates.

- Chromium webview has been updated to version 66.0.3359.139 (both 14.1 and 15.1)
- Keyboard now recognizes incognito text fields and it won’t learn for suggestions when typing in one of them
- FlipFlap now ignores low priority notifications (both 14.1 and 15.1)
- Legacy prebuilt camera HAL 1 support has been readded
- SSH support has been readded
