Wir und viele andere berichteten zuletzt darüber, dass Honor für die Modelle 8 und 8 Pro das Update auf Android 8 Oreo fest einplant. Doch leider ist das nicht wahr, berichtigt die Huawei-Marke jetzt gegenüber der Presse. Honor kann aktuell noch nicht sagen, für welche Geräte ein Oreo-Update zu erwarten ist und wann die Updates eventuell kommen könnten.

However, we would like to clarify that the product list for the latest Android update is still under finalization. We’re still conducting tests on some of our latest devices including Honor 8, Honor 8 Pro and Honor 9 to ensure the compatibility of the latest Android 8.0 Oreo update. As such, we could not confirm which products are under the list at this stage. We will update our users as soon as it is ready, please stay tuned!
