Tolle Nachrichten gibt es heute auch für ein paar Besitzer von Sony-Geräten, denn Android 4.4 KitKat wird jetzt für insgesamt vier Geräte offiziell verteilt. Die neue Firmware gibt es jetzt für das Xperia Z, ZL, ZR und auch Tablet Z.
Wie Sony vor wenigen Minuten im hauseigenen Blog bekannt gegeben hat, gibt es jetzt die aktuellste Android-Version für vier Geräte, wovon drei auch hier in Deutschland erhältlich sind. Das Update wird ab sofort verteilt, allerdings wieder nicht sofort gleichzeitig für jedes Gerät, weshalb erneut etwas Geduld gefragt ist.
Neben dem aktuellen Android 4.4 als Basis gibt es natürlich auch diverse Updates für die vorinstallierten Sony-Apps und auch die Theme-Engine „Xperia Themes“ ist mit an Bord. Kompatibel werden die Geräte dank des Updates jetzt auch mit den aktuellen SmartWear-Geräten von Sony.
